This session is the starting point for Disrupt the Pattern work.

The Diagnostic is designed to help us identify the core emotional, relational, or identity pattern that has been quietly shaping your life or business. The one you keep circling, even as you grow. The one that shows up when you are ready for a new level but feel pulled back into something familiar.

In this focused, 1:1 session, we go straight to the root. We name the pattern, understand how it operates, and clarify what is actually being asked of you now. You will leave with language for what has been running beneath the surface, along with a grounded practice to begin shifting it immediately.

This is not a stand-alone intuitive reading.
It is a diagnostic and orientation session.

By the end of our time together, you will have clarity on whether the 4 week or 8 week Disrupt the Pattern Portal is the right next step for you. This session is required before entering the portal and ensures that the depth of support matches what you truly need.

This session is for you if:
• you feel stuck in a repeating emotional or business loop
• you know something needs to change but can’t access it alone
• you are ready for depth, not surface insight
• you want clarity before committing to deeper work

This session is not for quick fixes or passive curiosity. It is for women who are ready to meet themselves honestly and move differently.
