Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are as described on the Site at the time of purchase. Nicole Doyle reserves the right to update services and pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new purchases only.

Astrology, including natal chart readings, lunar forecasting, and any related content provided by Nicole Doyle, is not to be relied upon as fact, prediction, or professional advice of any kind. Astrological information is provided for general interest and personal exploration only.
Coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and hypnosis are not substitutes for professional care. The services provided by Nicole Doyle — including life coaching, identity coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and hypnosis — are not therapy, counseling, psychiatry, psychology, medical care, financial advice, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service. Nothing shared in any session, report, or communication from Nicole Doyle should be construed as such.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, physical health emergency, or require professional support of any kind, please seek the appropriate licensed professional immediately. Nicole Doyle's services are intended to complement, not replace, professional care.
Nicole Doyle makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of any service. Individual results vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your personal circumstances, commitment, and readiness for change. Testimonials shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon. By completing a purchase, you authorize Nicole Doyle to charge the payment method provided for the full amount or the applicable installment amount.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Nicole Doyle does not store full payment card details on our systems.
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to help clients spread their investment over multiple installments. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to pay each installment on the agreed schedule.
In the event of a missed or failed payment:
Enrollment in a payment plan does not reduce your total financial obligation. You remain responsible for the full contracted amount regardless of how many sessions or deliverables have been received at the time of default.
All sales are final. Nicole Doyle does not offer refunds on any services or products once payment has been made.
If you feel that a service or product has not met your expectations, you are warmly encouraged to reach out directly at Contact Nicole to discuss the matter. Nicole Doyle is committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable good-faith efforts to address concerns and find an appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time. To reschedule, please contact us at Contact Nicole or use the link provided in your booking confirmation.
Late rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window prior to your session, Nicole Doyle will review the request and respond at her sole discretion. Late reschedule requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
No-shows and cancellations: Sessions that are not attended and sessions cancelled without sufficient notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Sessions may be recorded. Recording will only take place with your explicit consent, which will be requested prior to or at the commencement of your session. If you do not consent to recording, your session will not be recorded.
Where consent is given, recordings are stored securely and shared with you for your personal use only. Recordings are not shared with third parties, used in marketing materials, or published in any form without your separate written consent.
Nicole Doyle treats all client information, session content, intake responses, and personal disclosures with strict confidentiality. This information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law.
Clients are also asked to respect the confidentiality of any information shared by Nicole Doyle in sessions, programs, or communications that is not intended for public sharing.
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, methodology, course materials, hypnosis recordings, integration guides, lunar roadmaps, and any other materials created by Nicole Doyle — is the intellectual property of Nicole Doyle and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Materials provided to you as part of a service are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content or materials without prior written permission from Nicole Doyle.
The Embodied Shift methodology is proprietary to Nicole Doyle. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or representation of this methodology is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition on replication for commercial use. All teachings, frameworks, methods, session content, course material, written content, and any other intellectual property shared by Nicole Doyle — whether delivered in a session, a program, a written report, a recording, or any other format — are provided strictly for your personal use and growth. You may not, in whole or in part:
Attribution. Any reference to, inspiration from, or use of Nicole Doyle's content, teachings, or methods in your own work — whether commercial or non-commercial — must be clearly and appropriately credited to Nicole Doyle / Soulbloom. This includes but is not limited to public posts, articles, presentations, or educational content that draws upon frameworks, language, or concepts introduced to you through your work with Nicole Doyle.
Business consulting services provided through The Calibration or Soulbloom Mentorship are intended to support your own business strategy and operations. Strategic guidance given in this context is for your business application only and does not grant you the right to replicate, teach, or commercialize the coaching methodology, frameworks, or tools used to deliver that guidance.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may give rise to legal action for damages.
Clients who complete Disrupt the Pattern in full (both sessions and all payments) may apply their full investment as a credit toward Soulbloom Mentorship if they choose to enroll within a reasonable time frame. This credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to availability of mentorship spots. Nicole Doyle reserves the right to determine eligibility at her discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicole Doyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress.
Nicole Doyle's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nicole Doyle, her affiliates, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nicole Doyle with respect to your use of the Site and our services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
